PRAYER ALERT… Mom is in a rougher shape. 😞 But, the doctors here at Mayo Clinic are reassessing, retesting many things today, and working hard to get to the bottom of these problems. Please keep praying for God’s guidance & answers, and for His healing & restoration for Mom. Thank you! #injesusnameamen
We hope you enjoy this second helpin’ of “Summertime Tunes” from The Family Fold. We just need Mom’s bass and Dad’s box to make us sound better! Please keep praying for Mom.
“Girl I Left Behind Me + Miss McLeod’s Reel”
“Sockeye”
“Angel Band”
“Cuckoo’s Nest + Soldier’s Joy”
Mom is still in The Mayo Clinic Hospital, and I am on the road to visit with her. Please continue to pray for her. Your prayers are what we are most grateful for. We are thankful for those who have given to her fund. That has been a big help, especially since it’s been 8-months of her having medical care in Jacksonville, Florida. We’ll keep on doing whatever it takes to get her better. Meanwhile, we hope you enjoy the latest tunes uploaded to our YouTube channel. (You’ll see it posted at the bottom.) Please keep praying for Mom to get back to playing music with us again!
Also, we are posting a photo of our “Precious Jewell.” He has been in Heaven 5-years now. Our Family Fold sure misses him and his one-of-a-kind music he brought to our band. One of my favorite things about Heaven is getting to play music again with my loved ones I’m missing here on earth… The music won’t stop or be postponed up there!
Thank you for your prayers for all of us. We send our gratitude, love, & prayers for you all, too.
Eryn Eubanks & The Family Fold play “Golden Slippers,” “Poor People of Paris,” “Fair & Tender Ladies,” and “Blackberry Blossom.”
On this date 14-years ago, The Family Fold hosted our first music festival benefiting Lynndale, Inc. in 2008. Time has flown by, and God has blessed us with a lot of fun! We pray to Him to get back to all of these musical events.
Mom is having a PET scan today. Please keep on praying for her healing. Thanks!
Please pray for Mom as she has an MRI of her brain and a biopsy taken from her lungs.
Pray for her medical team at Mayo Clinic, too.
Pray that a diagnosis and treatment will be found for Mom to solve this abnormally high inflammation problem she has.
Thank you for praying for her!
A little blast from the past with The Family Fold’s “Precious Jewell”… “Just Because!”
Please keep praying for God to heal her, restore her health & life, and solve all of these problems.
We are grateful for you praying with us!
“Crazy Arms” was one Mom wanted me to sing & play for her last time I visited with her in the hospital. We hope you enjoy this version that we were honored to have Grammy-award winning mandolinist, Mike Compton, perform with us.
Mom has been in Florida for 7-months now. We will keep on going to visit her there until she is well enough to be back home with us. Thank you for praying for us all during this season.
The cheif neurosurgeon at Mayo Clinic called me, and he said that Mom did well with her meningeal biopsy of her thoracic spine. We praise God for this! But, please keep your strong, fervent prayers going for her. They got several samples that they’re sending to various pathologists and such. The neurosurgeon said that he had never seen anything like this, and this is very abnormal. He said it didn’t look cancerous or infectious, but it is a lot of inflammation. So please keep on praying that they will get a diagnosis (as well as a treatment) so they will not have to resort to the brain biopsy. Thank you for holding her up in prayer!
These are some of our favorite songs to play at St. Paul’s Celtic Services. We hope you enjoy these.
Please continue to pray for my mom. She is still at the Mayo Clinic hospital in Florida. She will have a meningeal biopsy, either tomorrow or Tuesday.
Mom had a few MRIs last week, and we found out that she has spine compression fractures. She is wearing a lumbar brace now.
Her spinal fluid continues to be tested and the inflammatory markers are consistent with chronic meningitis. More tests are pending about that.
And they are also exploring if she may have a disease that hasn’t been treated yet.
So please keep on praying for Mom and for her whole medical team. Everyone is trying hard. We all need answers. Thanks!
This song, “Pony,” is a favorite of mine & Mom’s. We found this song in the summer of 2015 when we went to see Australian singer/songwriter, Kasey Chambers, perform in Atlanta. Mom is a huge Kasey Chambers fan. I would hear my mom play those recordings, and Kasey’s music grew on me, too. By the time I was at the concert, I recognized many of those songs that Kasey was singing. But this one called “Pony,” I had never heard before that concert. But by the time she got through with that first yodel, I said to myself, “I have got to learn how to sing that song and do that one with my band!” We hope you enjoy our rendition of “Pony.”
Thank you for caring!
Mom is still in the Mayo Clinic hospital, and I’ll be spending time with her there this week. Please get her & her medical team “prayed up.” She will have cranial surgery sometime this week. 🧠 🙏 ✝️ 💕
Mom has been my #1 focus, but would y’all please continue to pray for my Uncle Vincent? He has been in kidney failure; and has gone from the hospital, to rehab, to back at hospital. Don’t quote me on exact dates (‘cause all of my energy and leads have been on Mom), but I believe for approx. 2-months, he has had no appetite. I believe he finally got a feeding tube in place to help him. Please hold him up in prayer. Just like my mom, he is a very independent, hard-working person. Like my mom, his life’s work has always been devoted to helping others. Like my mom, there will be stars in his crown for people that he helped that we will never have a clue about because their humble spirits never talked about it.
Some of y’all may have heard that my mom got to come home to Augusta, GA last Friday. She had been in Florida for 6-months. I didn’t post this because I have been so busy with her. Although we were grateful to have her home, each day got harder. So today, we took her back to Jacksonville. She is being admitted to The Mayo Clinic Hospital tonight. She has an infection and changes in her brain ventricles. Please continue to pray for her & all of us. We love her so much, and we just want her to get her health & her life back. Thank you for your prayers!
I had a very happy birthday and Easter with my mom. I’m so thankful to The Lord for that. I didn’t get on Facebook because I wanted to give her my undivided attention. I do plan to catch up with y’all and what I’ve missed. Tomorrow morning, I’ll be going with Mom to another followup doctor’s appointment at Mayo Clinic. Please continue to pray for her. Please pray that God will strengthen her with every passing day, that He will heal her body, and shield her from all harm. Thank y’all for caring & praying!
Mom was transported to Brooks Rehab Hospital today (Jacksonville, Florida). Please pray for all to go well for her there.
In the video below, Eryn Eubanks sings “This Is Amazing Grace,” with special appearances by Maybelle, “The Mighty Mouse Killer” (March 14th, 2022).
Thank y’all for praying for Mom. She is not on the ventilator. She came out of the ICU today and is in a regular room at the Mayo Clinic Hospital (Jacksonville, FL). There is talk of her going to the rehab hospital soon. We praise The Lord for the progress. Please continue to pray for God to heal, strengthen, & shield my mom... May infections stay off of her, muscles wake up, and damage be undone, in Jesus’ Name, Amen. (These photos are from of The Family Fold’s fondest St. Patrick’s Day memories. We pray you are having a grand holiday today!)
